PURPOSE: An upgrade method is provided to upgrade user's computer by using the internet at discounted cost of free. CONSTITUTION: A computer user is classified by his/her accessing a company's internet site, clicking an advertisement banner, and measuring a search and access time. The user can receive free upgrades or low priced upgrades depending on the user's classification level. The company provides a free or a paid internet service in order to provide an upgrade service.
