PURPOSE: A mirror for a mouth surgical operation is provided to obtain an optimal reflected angle according to a surgical part by optionally controlling a reflected angle of a mirror surface. CONSTITUTION: A neck portion(2) protrudes from a handle(1). The neck portion(2) includes first and second curved portions. The first curved portion is curved by about 90 degrees at a location deviated from the handle(1). The second curved portion is curved a counterclockwise with respect to an extending line of the first curved portion by about 20 degrees. A reflecting mirror is formed at a front end of the neck portion(2). A hot wire(5) is formed at the reflecting mirror. An illuminator(6) is formed at a boundary of the first and second curved portions at a body of a mirror for a mouth surgical operation. A neck extending portion has an angle of 45 degrees clock wise with respect to an extending line of the second curved portion. A traction ring(7) is formed at an end of the neck extending portion.
