PURPOSE: A hands-free unit using an audio jack of a mobile communication terminal is provided to receive/amplify analog voice signal through the audio jack and output the amplified signal to an external, and to amplify voice signal inputted from an external and transmit the amplified signal to the mobile communication terminal through the audio jack. CONSTITUTION: A connection unit electrically connects a mobile communication terminal through an audio jack. A voice output unit receives voice signal through the connection unit from the mobile communication terminal, to generate voice according to the inputted voice signal. A voice input unit generated voice signal according to voice inputted from an external, and transmit the generated voice signal to the mobile communication terminal through the connection unit.
