CARBOHYDRATE-BASED ENZYME GRANULATES

摘要

Preparation of an enzyme-containing granulate for use in animal feed comprises mixing an enzyme, a carrier comprising 15wt.% of an edible carbohydrate polymer and water to obtain granules, then drying the granules. Also claimed are: (1) the granulate; (2) use of the granulate for preparation of an animal feed; and (3) use of a composition comprising >=15% of an edible carbohydrate polymer as a carrier for an enzyme to improve the pelleting stability of the enzyme.
