radio communication. SUBSTANCE: there are proposed system and method of radio communication with use of combination of geostationary satellite and aggregate of satellites in middle circumearth orbit. In accordance with invention first geostationary satellite is launched to provide for initial carrying capacity of system. Then satellites of middle circumearth orbit are launched in sequence into positions where they can supplement coverage zone of satellite in geostationary orbit during rush hours in radio traffic. Finally satellite in geostationary orbit can ensure additional carrying capacity which is technical result of invention.
