Cylinder is installed for reciprocating without turning around axis. Keys connected to cylinder come into meshing with straight-line slots on housing parallel to cylinder axis. Taper roller unit can move in spatially closed slot made on inner surface of cylindrical cup being made dovetail-shaped in section. Taper rollers of unit rest constantly on support surfaces of slot. EFFECT: reduced number of moving parts, increased efficiency and service life of engine. 5 dwg
