Monolayer is compressed and transferred onto solid body support being immersed into liquid phase. Metal containing particles are formed directly in monolayer in the form of nanoparticles (clusters). Number of monolayers applied onto support of monolayers is N, and total number of monolayers applied onto support is K, K >= N >= 1 being 1.
