PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate breeding of a harmful insect such as a fly and generation of an offensive smell, to reduce color fade-out of a painting outside part, and to improve a rust preventive effect by painting with specific antibacterial paint an inside and outside container for gathering/storing a can, a bottle and a PET bottle in a three-kind mixed manner. SOLUTION: Since a can, a bottle and a PET bottle so far gathered from a home are temporarily stored in open air or are accumulated in a simple storeroom, a harmful insect such as a fly gathers to generate an offensive smell, so that a complaint from residents does not cease. Then, a steel sealed container (a box) of a double structure is used as a storage magazine, the inside and the outside are painted with special paint by compounding 50 cc of an antibacterial enzyme and 100 g of diatomaceous earth to paint 181 available on the market to improve in the aspect of environmental sanitation as well as to improve in the aspect of a beautiful appearance.
