PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To anionize aromatic air, promote health and remove static electricity. SOLUTION: This diffuser 1 is provided with a detachable porous diffusing member 4 impregnated with liquid aromatic substance, and an air supply pump 31 for supplying the air to the diffusing member 4. In this case, an air anionizing device 33 for anionizing the air supplied by the air supply pump 31 is constituted. Thereby, the aromatic air is anionized, which is to seek a relaxation with the aromatic air and an improvement in health by anionization of the room air. Further, the static electricity can be removed by neutralizing a charged body having positive electric charge with anion.
