PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the winding failure by providing guide rollers on the base end side and tip side of a backhoe working machine, successively guiding and drawing out a wire unwound from a winch by the base end-side guide roller and the tip-side guide roller. SOLUTION: A winch 21 is installed to the middle part on the front side above the bent part of a boom 6, and a lower guide roller 22 and an upper guide roller 23 are provided on the base end side and tip side of the boom 6 on the same surface side as the side for installing the winch 21. The winch 21 comprises a drive motor in a winding drum 21a, and the winding and unwinding of a wire W are performed by the drive motor. The lower guide 22 is supported on the cylinder support part 12 of a boom bracket 12 in such a manner as to be vertically rotatable, and the upper guide roller 23 is mounted on the tip of the boom 6 in such a manner as to be longitudinally and laterally rotatable. According to this, the winding failure of the wire W can be prevented.
