PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect the case of the forgetting of a sealing member pulling out at the initial adoption time of a toner feeding unit, and inferior open/close of the sealing member, and moreover the toner replenishment is not satisfactorily performed by some reason. SOLUTION: A state of the toner feeding unit 7 is judged by providing the toner density sensor 45 on the developing device 4 of a processing cartridge 7, and performing judgment on whether feed of the toner from the toner feed unit 5 is performed or not based on detection result thereof, and moreover, comparing this judgment, with the detection result detected from the rotary number of the toner feeding screw 51, the state of the toner feeding unit 7 is judged. |
