PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for positively forming a carbon thin film on a water repellent sheet and accurately transferring this carbon thin film to a high polymer film, and a solid high polymer fuel cell manufactured by using method thereof. SOLUTION: In this forming method of a carbon thin film to a high polymer film performed by forming the carbon thin film 20 on a blank sheet 2 superior in water repellency and then transferring this carbon thin film 20 to the high polymer film 43, the transfer of the carbon thin film 20 to the high polymer film 43 is performed by pressing the carbon thin film 20 against the high polymer film 43 in a state wherein the blank sheet 2 and the high polymer film 43 are heated at different temperatures, for example, a state wherein a heating temperature of the high polymer film 43 is lower than a glass-transition temperature of the high polymer film 43, and a heating temperature of the blank sheet 2 is higher than the glass-transition temperature of the high polymer film 43 and lower than a melting point of the blank sheet 2, and then peeling the blank sheet 2. |
