PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental three-way syringe without the fear of channel contamination. SOLUTION: This three-way syringe 10 is provided with a compressed air control valve 40 and a water control valve 44 which respectively control compressed air passages 46/47 and water passages 50/98 that lead to a nozzle 16, and an additional compressed air passage 48 and a compressed air control valve 42 to expel residual water. When the compressed air control valve 42 to expel the residual water is opened by pushing a button 90 to expel the residual water after the use, compressed air is injected to the water passage 98 downstream from the water control valve 44, and the residual water in the nozzle is expelled.
