SOLUTION: This joint filler 10 is equipped with a belt adhesive waterproofing member 22 of a waterproofing material having adhesion and flexibility, strip members 24 and 26 having width narrower than the adhesive waterproofing member 22 and arranged to the central part in the direction of the width on the surface of the adhesive waterproofing member 22 and having form retainability and a separation sheet having a central piece 32 stuck on the rear side of the adhesive waterproofing member 22 is a separable manner and placed to the central part of the adhesive waterproofing member 22 and a side piece 34 adjacently arranged sideways of the central piece 32 and extended to the outside rather than the side end of the adhesive waterproofing member 22.
