METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING STYLE IN GENERATION OF NATURAL LANGUAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain style controlling method and device for recognizing and generating a natural language by receiving a voice input consisting of at least one source language. SOLUTION: A voice input is constituted of words, sentences and phrases in natural speaking. A source expression is recognized by a source language (304). A style parameter for the source expression is determined(306). It is also available to extract the style parameter source expression set by a user or selected from a natural language system at random. The recognized source expression is selected and recognized by the user through a user interface. The recognized source expression is translated from the source language to an objective language (308). A voice output is generated from the translated objective language source expression through the use of the style parameter (312). The style parameter is constituted of variations selected from style, dialect, sex, and age variations.
