The invention concerns a rotary cylindrical drum (10) supported by a central longitudinal shaft (12) forming its axis of rotation, several longitudinal rows of cells (14) at the drum (10) periphery and blades (16) mounted in each of said cells (14) on pivoting pins (18) extending parallel to the central shaft. The cells are arranged such that the cells of one row are offset relative to the cells of the preceding row, viewed from the rotational direction of the drum (10) towards the lateral base nearest to the drum (10), by a distance equal to the width of a cell (14), so as to produce, when the drum (10) rotates, spins developing from the drum (10) median plane towards the bases thereof, along an angle less than 45 DEG with the median plane. |
