<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the elution of the harmful component in the waste and liberation of the gas and to utilize a site at the early stage by providing an air pipe to the lowermost layer, covering the layer with a gas-passable and water-impermeable sheet, forming a waste layer thereon, covering the waste layer with a gas-passable and water-impermeable sheet, forming the uppermost banking layer and supplying air from the air pipe. CONSTITUTION:An air pipe 4 provided with an air hole is set at the lowermost layer, an air-passable and water-impermeable sheet 12 is laid thereon, an appropriate amt. of a waste layer 1 is formed thereon, the layer is covered with a gas-passable and water-impermeable sheet 2, an uppermost banking layer is formed thereon, and air is supplied to the lowermost layer through the air pipe 4. Consequently, the intrusion of rainwater into the waste layer 1 is prevented by the sheet 2, the soil is not contaminated with the harmful matter in the waste because the harmful matter is not eluted into the rainwater, the aeration of the waste is maintained by the sheet 2, the waste is not decomposed by anaerobes, and the waste is appropriately digested by aerobes.</p> |
