The drip edge (21) of a drip pipe (2) coaxially contained within the segment (1) radially overlaps the top edge of the cover (3) from the inside in the axial sense. The cover can be clamped to the inside of the segment (10) by a tensioner (4) bearing on the outside of the segment (1). A threaded pin (31) radiating out from the cover passes through the clamp to engage a nut (5) thrusting radially onto the clamp. A releasable snap fastener fitted to the cover (3) can otherwise engage the outside of the segment, and the cover homes into the cleaning opening (11) and is flexibly joined to the segment. The cover is radially cupped outwards and has an inside edge to bear on the segment. The surround wall of the cup-shape can engage the edge of the opening (11) so as to guide the cover into the opening (11). Preferred segment materials include refined steel or steel sheet or aluminium.
