PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a personal ID card using a hologram. SOLUTION: A picture of CGH(computer generated hologram) formed in a data storage area 52 of a raw card is reproduced by a CGH read part 4. A CGH recognition part 5 discriminates forgery of the raw card and acquires discrimination information. If the raw card is true, discrimination information is supplied to an information processing part 6. The information processing part 6 inputs not only personal information of a card owner but also his or her face picture by a picture input means 9 and registers these data in a data base 2 correspondingly to discrimination information. A part or the whole of personal information is outputted to an IC reader/writer 8 and is written in an IC module. A part of personal information and the face picture are outputted to a color printer 7 as print data and are printed on the surface of the raw card, and a protective film is formed on them, thus issuing the personal ID card. |
