PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker and a loudspeaker system which can optionally select directional characteristics by constituting a simple magnetic circuit, the number of magnetic gap parts of which is optionally selected. SOLUTION: The magnetic circuit has plural cut grooves 14a to 14c formed at the outer periphery of a plate 11, the plate outer periphery parts between the cut groove parts each used as a pole piece, and reverse magnetized magnets 12a and 12b and yokes 13a and 13b on both sides of the plate; and vibration systems 23a to 23c are arranged in an oscillatory state at a magnetic gap part formed between the plate outer periphery and the opening outer periphery of the yokes.
