PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat-developable silver halide photographic sensitive material high in sensitivity and small in desensitization during raw storage and improved in image silver tone and to provide the image record method and the image forming method each using same. SOLUTION: The heat-developable silver halide photographic sensitive material formed by coating a support with a photosensitive layer containing a photosensitive silver halide and a nonphotosensitive layer, and one of the above both layers contains a macrocyclic compound having a hetero atom and the photosensitive layer contains a spectrally sensitizing dye having a maximum sensitive wavelength of >=600 nm, and this is represented by the formula in which Z1 is an atomic group necessary to form an N-containing 5- or 6-membered hetero ring, each of D and D' is an atomic group necessary to form a non-cyclic or cyclic acidic group; R1 is an alkyl group; each of L1-L10 is a methine group and each may form a ring with another methine group or may form a ring together with an auxochrome; each of n1-n5 is 0 or 1; M1 is a counter ion for neutralizing an intramolecular charge; and m1 is an integer of >=0 necessary for neutralizing the charge.
