PURPOSE: Provided are fatty acid composition comprising di-linoleoyl-mono-gamma- linolenyl-glycerol(DLMG), which is useful in treatment of atopic eczema, breast pain, or premenstrual syndrome. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises natural or synthetic glycerol oil containing 20% or more of DLMG. The oil is reinforced with DLMG isolated from natural comprising natural oil, or synthetic DLMG.
