PURPOSE: A vehicle driving recorder is provided to maintain vehicle starting, sudden starting, and overspeed data sensed by sensors after compressing to identify accident reasons and warn a driver of exceeding of a speed limit for the sake of safe driving. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle driving recorder includes an acceleration pedal sensor(20) for sensing a movement of an acceleration pedal, a brake pedal sensor(30) for sensing a movement of a brake pedal, a vehicle speed sensor(40) for sensing a driving speed of a vehicle, a speed limit reading part(50) for sensing a speed limit of a road from a road sign, a specified speed input part(60) for inputting an upper speed limit by a driver, a voice warning part(70) for warning the driver of a road speed limit or exceeding of the specified speed, a warning display(80) for warning a speed violation, and a central control part(10) connected to a memory(90) for storing the vehicle driving data and controlling operations of the above components.
