PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high withstand voltage type connector having a structure capable of being miniaturized by reducing its volume without increasing the occupied area and height dimension of a housing. SOLUTION: This high withstand voltage type connector integrally has partitions 2a for isolating a pair of secondary terminals fitted in positioning guide grooves 1d and stored in two secondary terminal storing holes 1a to secure a fixed interterminal creeping space distance, and is equipped with a double lock member 2 fitted in a lock-member insertion hole and abutting on the pair of secondary terminals to lock the secondary terminals. One end of each partition 2a of the double lock member 2 is fitted into the positioning guide groove acting as a partition insertion groove, and the other end on the far side of the one end has a shape extending in one direction so that it can be fitted into a cutout part in a frame part.
