PURPOSE: A stacked structure of an electric double layer capacitor is provided to obtain the required voltage by adopting a simple stacked structure of the electric double layer capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A stacked structure of an electric double layer capacitor comprises the first device including a (+) lead line(20) formed at a side of an upper electrode(16) and a (-) lead line(22) formed at one end portion of a lower electrode(18). A separator(24) is inserted between the upper electrode(16) and the lower electrode(18). The second device(14) has a (+) lead line(20) formed at a side of the upper electrode(16) and a (-) lead line(22) formed at an end portion of the lower electrode(18). The second device(14) is positioned below the first device. The the first device is welded to the second device(14) in series. The first and second devices are contained in a case and the case is sealed. |
