PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accurately detectable an abnormal organism-derived material even when there is an abnormality such as diffusion or bleeding of a spot. SOLUTION: Using a test piece formed by hybridizing cDNA marked with marking material of tow kinds of specimens A, B, images G1, G2 shown by two kinds of marking data released from the marking material are displayed on a monitor. An operator looks at the images G1, G2, and surrounds an abnormal position of a spot with a closed region 7. Thus, an analysis is performed in a region out of the closed region 7 in the images G1, G2, based on only marking data existing in a mutually overlapping region.
