PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate desired luminous intensity using a plurality of light emitting diodes. SOLUTION: A light emitting device and runway warning lamp include an LED module 4 structured so that a plurality of light emitting diodes 1 are mounted on a board, each electrode being connected with light emitting diode 1 furnished with holes 2a and 2b, while the side opposite to the diode 1 is furnished with discharge electrides 3a and 3b, wherein the terminal electrode 3a for mounting a bare chip of a LED is equipped with light emitting diode module 4, having a circuit board 2 whose electrode area is greater than the terminal electrode 3b for wire bonding, a blinking control means 7 to control the blinking of the module, and a light emitting device body 8 to accommodate the module and control means 7. |
