PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor high in sensitivity, excellent in electric characteristics, hardly deteriorated in photosensitivity even when repeatedly used and stable in potential by electrification by incorporating a specific oxotitanyl phthalocyanine compound as a charge generating material in a charge generating layer and a specific mixture as a charge transferring material in a charge transferring layer. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor is formed by laminating a photosensitive layer consisting of the charge generating layer and the charge transferring layer on an electrically conductive support. The oxotitanyl phthalocyanine compound shown by the formula is incorporated as the charge generating material in the charge generating layer and the mixture of a hydrazone compound with a styryl compound is incorporated as the charge transferring material in charge transferring layer. In the formula, X is a halogen atom or an alkyl, alkoxy or aralkyl group; (m) is an integer of 0-4. As a result, such an electrophotographic photoreceptor is obtained, as is excellent in photosensitive characteristic, repeatedly usable property and effects to restrain deterioration of the potential by electrification and so on.
