<p>A horizontal polygonal windmill (10) having a multisided frame preferably, a cubic shaped frame, with a first section (14, 16, 18, 20), a second section (26, 28, 30, 32), and the blades (42) and (44) are contained within the frame of the windmill and are angularly disposed in different directions such that for each of the blades, one end of the blade is connected to the first section, and the opposite end of the blade is connected to the second section.
