In the invented syringe there is on transition between a holding rod (23) and a plunger piston (20) performed a breakable neck (201), whereby a hollow cylinder (10) is provided for catching a fixing point (4) in the hollow cylinder in application position with a first inner circular rim (11) corresponding by its shape and size to the shape and size of a circular defining groove (41) performed on the fixing point (4) and which is identical by its shape and size with a second inner circular rim (110) being arranged in the hollow cylinder (10) on the side of the plunger piston (20). The plunger piston (20) is provided at the transition in the holding rod (23) with at least one cuff (21) and its diameter is equal to the diameter of the first inner circular rim (11). The plunger piston (20) is provided on its circumference and within the space extending between its both ends with a flange (202) beveled toward the cuff (21) and being arranged together with the second inner circular rim (110) in the hollow cylinder (10) for defining the length of the plunger piston (20) application stroke. |
