Dyeing process of textile substrates with above critical liquid and apparatus for making the same

Textile substrates in the form of yarn packages or a wound-up textile bands are flown with an above critical liquid (12) substantially perpendicular to the package or wound yarn or in this direction the above critical liquid (12) is forced. Treatment temperature during treatment thereof is in the range of 70 to 300 degC, including said extreme temperature values. The process can be also carried out in such a manner that the treatment temperature values are during treatment at least two functions of this treatment period and the above critical liquid (12) conditioning differs is in the instant at which the subsequent function is activated. The apparatus for making the above described process consists of a dyeing autoclave (1), a saturation device (4), a separator (5) a heat-exchange apparatus (3) a condenser (6) and a pump (2) being all interconnected by means of pipes and fittings. The apparatus also comprises a process controller (10) by means of which variable values of the treatment temperature are set.
