Quick acting safety coupling for the disconnectable connection of pipe lines and component parts therefor

Rapid safety connector for removable pipes (C1,C2) comprises first (A) and second (B) elements which fit and lock inside each other. Locking mechanism (7-9) controlled by external sheath (6) can axially immobilize two elements in relation to each other. Sheath is arranged around first element. Second element carries locking claw (41) able to engage radial groove (2d) in first element. First element carries locking ring (7) for claw when this is engaged in groove. An Independent claim is also included for the elements made with rapid safety connector.
