PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact exhaust gas emission control device with a light weight utilizing water for efficiently separating and purifying a black smoke and an oil in an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: In this gas emission control device, a front wall 3 of a container 2 and a corner portion of a bottom wall 7 are formed to a curved surface 13 and an exhaust gas introduction tube 9 laterally extending in a width direction of the container along the bottom wall 7 is disposed below the container 2. A plurality of exhaust gas eruption holes 12 are formed at a constant space so as to be opposed to a curved surface 13 are formed on the exhaust gas introduction tube 9. Thereby, an exhaust gas introduced from an engine is erupted to the curved surface 13 and a water and bubble jet W is raised with water along the curved surface 13 and can be upwardly circulated as a cataract flow F.
