PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary grinding device enabling nonuniform feed without detecting a position of a grinding wheel. SOLUTION: An operation panel 60 inputs inversion positions on the outer peripheral end side and the inner peripheral end side, a reference rotation speed of a table 11, and a reference front and rear feed speed of a grinding wheel 24. A storage part 52 stores data inputted from the operation panel 60, a ratio of change of rotation speed of the table 11 relative to a position in X direction of the grinding wheel 24, and a ratio of change of front and rear feed speed of the grinding wheel 24. A CPU 51 controls a grinding wheel front and rear travel device 40 to reciprocate the grinding wheel 24 while controlling the position in the X direction of the grinding wheel 24. At this time the CPU 51 calculates rotation speed at the position in X direction of the grinding wheel 24 and front and rear feed speed based on the position in the X direction of the grinding wheel 24 and the data stored in the storage part 52 and controls rotation speed of the table 11 and front and rear feed speed of the grinding wheel 24 in accordance with the results of calculation.
