PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous curable resin composition excellent in disperse stability and curability and a coated material coated with the aqueous curable resin composition, excellent in water resistance, weather resistance and stain resistance and having high practicality. SOLUTION: This aqueous curable resin composition comprises (A) an aqueous material obtained by dispersing or dissolving a copolymer (a) obtained by copolymerizing an amino group-containing vinyl monomer, a carbonyl group- containing vinyl monomer and a fluoroolefin which are essential components with copolymerizable vinyl monomers as other components in the presence or absence of an emulsifying agent and/or a disperse stability into water, (B) a compound having a compound having two or more epoxy groups in one molecule or a compound having both of epoxy group and hydrolyzable silyl group in one molecule and (C) a compound having hydrazino group.
