PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pack material capable of giving antimicrobial activity to a part of body such as skin to make it healthy and clean by applying it there, and at the same time free from irritation, and having no rash nor itching, and having bleaching effect. SOLUTION: This cosmetic pack material is obtained by mixing mainly coral sand powder; or coral sand powder itself is mixed into a cosmetic pack material, or a solution of coral sand or/and a solution obtained by the reaction of coral sand with an acid is mixed into a pack material. This cosmetic pack material imparts antimicrobial activity to skin or the like due to the active ingredient of coral sand to make it healthy. Because of natural material, it causes no rash nor itching, and has bleaching effect based on melanin suppressing activity.
