PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid breaking down of a carcass ply cord due to repeated distortion and prevent it from pulled out by providing cut-off ends cutting off the tread part into right and left of the carcass ply, and providing winding-in parts winding along the circumferential faces of bead cores on the winding back parts of the carcass ply. SOLUTION: One carcass ply 5 arranged actually at angle of 90 deg. against the equatorial plane of a tire and a steel cord set to be 80-300 kgf in the strength made as a ply cord, is troidally extended from a tread part 1 up to bead parts 3 through side wall parts 2, and wound back from the inside to the outside in the radial direction of the tire around the bead cores 4. At this time, the carcass ply 5 is cut off right and left on the center part to in the width direction of the tread part 1, and respective cut-off ends K1, K2 forming a separate territory are provided. On the winding back part 6 of the carcass ply 5, a winding-in part 7 wound along the circumferential face of the bead core 4 is provided, and in addition a plurality of plastically deforming parts P1-P3 are formed. |
