PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document storage device with which a paper document and an electronic document can be stored while being mixed and an object document can be acquired by optically reading a page added with a document ID in the case of referring to the stored document. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an electronic document converting part 102 for converting document data to electronic document data when the document data are paper data, a registration data preparing part 103 for preparing registration data by adding the document ID to the page of the electronic document data as visible information, a document ID managing part 104 for acquiring this document ID and dispatching it to the registration data preparing part, a document ID generating part 105 for preparing the document ID corresponding to the request of the document ID managing part, a register part 106 for registering the registration data and a document data storage part 107 for storing the electronic document data with the registered document ID. Thus, the object document can be referred to by keying the document ID from the document ID input part 108 or reading the page, to which the document ID is added, with a scanner or the like. |
