PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a load on an LSI of a station side device, to reduce the number of devices in an entire system and to reduce the installation cost. SOLUTION: A station side device 1 interconnects a plurality of subscriber side devices 3-6 by using a star coupler 2, and the station side device 1 measures the number of delay revision operating times of the subscriber side devices 3-6 for a prescribed period. Then the station side device 1 calculates a mean value of delay adjustment operating intervals on the basis of a history of the number of delay revision operating times of each of the subscriber side devices 3-6 to decide frequency of occurrence of the delay. |
