PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stolen canceller from being abused without requiring any complicated work by providing a burglar preventing tag equipment with a control means for comparing a canceller abuser preventing ID set in a signal generator with a canceller abuse preventing ID set in the canceller, and when both ID data are not matched with each other, inhibiting the cancel of robbery monitoring for a commodity to which a crime prevention tag is attached by the canceller. SOLUTION: The canceller abuse preventing ID newly selected/set by an antenna controller part 11 is read out from a signal outputted from a ceiling antenna part 9 and the read ID is compared with the canceller abuse preventing ID set on a canceller 7. When both the ID data are not matched with each other, the canceller 7 is turned to a stop mode and can not be functioned. Since the new canceller abuse preventing ID is changed by the antenna controller part 11, non-coincidence of both the ID is normally detected and the canceller 7 is turned to the stop mode. Consequently the abuse of the stolen canceller 7 can be prevented.
