SOLUTION: This voice input character outputting device is provided with a voice inputting part 1, a voice receiving part 2, a character converting part 3, a display position controlling part 4, and a display part 5. The voice inputting part 1 inputs a voice for instructing the control of the character display of the display part, and the display part 5 operates character display controlled corresponding to the voice. The voice inputting part 1 inputs the voice for instructing the control of the character display of the display part for designating the display position of the display part 5.
