PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture having presence by setting fog density in accordance with a distance between a fog reference surface and an object. SOLUTION: A fog reference surface 10 is provided in a three-dimensional space. A vertical axis shows a height direction in a three-dimensional space, a horizontal axis shows a depth direction in the three-dimensional space, and a paper surface perpendicular direction shows a right/left direction in the three- dimensional space. On the surface 10, a polygon 12, e.g. is positioned. A picture processor calculates a distance(d) between the surface 10 and a point on the polygon 12 to set a fog density in accordance with this distance(d). Since the fog density is set in accordance with this distance(d) between the surface 10 and the point on the polygon 12, a state of fogging near the ground surface can be expressed. At the time of using such a function as lowers the fog density with the increase of the distance(d) from the surface 10, e.g. it is possible to provide a picture in which the fog density is raised near the ground surface and lowered with the increase of the distance from the ground surface. |
