PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing vibration propagation from the power source of a speaker or the like through a casing to a shadow mask in a television receiver or the like. SOLUTION: A vibration waveform propagating a casing detected by a vibration detecting element 1 is converted into amplitude and an opposit phase by a vibration control circuit 2. Moreover, a casing excitation element 3 is driven by the converted waveform so that the vibration waveform propagation to the case body can be interfered, and the vibration can be suppressed as a result. Also, the casing is forcedly excited by a resonance frequency waveform beyond an audible range instead of the opposit phase waveform, and the resonance amplitude of the shadow mask of the cathode ray tube can be suppressed.
