PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert and take out a memory medium to a monitor supporting body without damaging the medium by allowing the memory medium in the monitor supporting body to be discharged only when an angle of a monitor panel to a predetermined face is detected to be a perfectly open state. SOLUTION: A tilt mechanism 50 changes an angle of a monitor panel 10 between a perfectly close state where a rear face of the monitor panel 10 is opposite to a body front face (predetermined face) 29, and a perfectly open state where a monitor front face of the monitor panel 10 is perpendicular to the body front face 29. A tilt angle sensor 55 for detecting the angle of the monitor panel 10 is set to an end part of a driving link 51 of the tilt mechanism 50. When a CD eject button is pressed, a CD controller for controlling the operation of a memory medium discharge part 33 of a CD driver 31 judges whether the present tilt angle indicates the perfectly open state or not, and urges the memory medium discharge part 33 of the CD driver 31 to discharge a CD 30 when it is the perfectly open state.
