The invention concerns an electric fan having a fixed body (2) wherein are provided a rotor (3) comprising a plurality of blades (4), an electric motor (5) driving the rotor (3) in rotation, a grill (6) mounted opposite and downstream of said rotor (3), an air duct (21) whereof the inlet (22) consists of an opening placed opposite the grill (6), said air duct (21), further comprising at least an orifice (23) diffusing air generated by the movement of the rotor (3). The invention is characterised in that the air duct (21) is a flexible air-shaft.
