摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically measure the characteristic impedance of a printed wiring circuit of a printed wiring board by a coaxial probe by turning a second contact needle of an inspection needle unit about a first contact needle as a central shaft. SOLUTION: A probe unit 1 is fitted with a coaxial probe 10 (inspection needle unit) to be used. When a pulley 15b2 is turned by a servo motor 15a, a connector 11 fixed to the pulley 15b is rotated corresponding thereto. As the coaxial probe 10 is fitted with the connector 11, the coaxial probe 10 is rotated and its rotation angle can be controlled by rotating and controlling the servo motor 15a. A second contact needle of the coaxial probe 10 can be rotated on a first contact needle as a central shaft. Whereby the direction of the second contact needle can be made to agree with the direction of a through hole formed on an end part of a signal wire of a board to be inspected, even when the direction of through hole is various.
