<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and surely collect the start/end point information of a vehicle without requiring human intervention by calculating/accumulating the entrance and exit information of plural vehicles on the basis of instructed and inputted output conditions. SOLUTION: In a main body 12 of system, the entrance and exit information of each vehicle, which is stored in a data storage part 4, required for calculating the passing toll of the vehicle traveling on a road through an automatic toll collecting device is collected. The output conditions by time zones, by days of the week, by car types, by weathers and by day and night concerning the start/end point information of the vehicle traveling on the road are appropriately selected, instructed and inputted from an input part 11. From the collected entrance and exit information of plural vehicles and output conditions instructed and inputted from the input part 11, the number of vehicles from a certain entrance (place of departure) to a certain exit (destination) is calculated and accumulated by time zones, by days of the week, by car types, by weathers and by day and night, for example, for every combination of the entrance and the exit.</p> |
