PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose more specific bonding substances such as cDNA or the like and read image information from a test piece by multi-layering a surface of the piece for disposing the substance in a thickness direction of a carrier. SOLUTION: A plurality of known cDNAs (as specific bonding substances) different from each other are disposed at a plurality of predetermined positions of surfaces and backsides of a carrier 2 made of a slide glass in the test piece. The cDNAs to be disposed on the carrier 2 correspond to DNAs different from each other and already decoded in its base sequence, and disposing positions spot positions on the carrier 2 are predetermined. Here, the cDNAs on upper and lower surfaces of the carrier 2 are disposed so as not to be superposed with each other as seen from a thickness direction of the carrier 2. In this case, since the upper and lower surfaces of the carrier 2 are surface treated so that the cDNAs are deposited on the carrier 2, the cDNAs disposed on the lower surface side of the carrier 2 are not released from the carrier 2.
