PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit low-cost production with a simple structure while dealing with the shape change of a cooking vessel only with the change of a heat radiating member by making attachable and detachable the heat radiating member and a heater. SOLUTION: A mixing vessel 3 is provided with a raw material introduction pipe 7 for introducing raw materials to the front part and a hot water introduction pipe 8 at the rear part and between the raw material introduction pipe 7 and the hot water introduction part 8, a bearing 9 of a stirring shaft for rotating a stirring blade for stirring raw materials and hot water introduced into the mixing vessel 3 is provided. A mixing vessel heating unit 13 composed of a heater 11 such as an electronic heater for heating a drink in the mixing vessel 3 and a heat radiating member 12 freely attachably and detachably fitted to the upper part of this heater 11 by a fixing member such as screw or bolt for transmitting heat generated by the heater 11 to the mixing vessel 3 is attached to the mixing vessel 3. The mixing vessel heating unit 13 is formed to be fitted to the mixing vessel 3 in thermally conductive contact with the mixing vessel 3.
