PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electronic apparatus or the like from slip-down and fall-down from its supporting surface in large vibration as in earthquake occurrence by fitting a gel-form body in a box-form frame so as to always protrude from a part of the upper surface and the lower surface of the box-form frame. SOLUTION: This fall-down preventing device 1 contains a gel-form body 5 with preventiveness, elasticity and adhesiveness in a box-form frame 4 consisting of a molded article or the like of plastics such as nylon. This box- form frame 4 is provided with a supporting part 6 and another supporting part 7 downside, and the supporting part 6 upside supports the circumference of the gel-form body 5 so that a large area protrudes to contact the bottom face of an electronic apparatus, and the supporting part 7 downside is formed of two thin sheets so that the backside of the gel-form body 5 protrudes in stripes to adhere to a supporting body such as a desk 3. Thereby, damage of the electronic apparatus can be prevented.
